A "Stand Up For Steel" rally inside The Point on November 7, 2003. The campaign, funded by the company, was set up to pressure federal representatives to maintain tariffs on imported steel. Union members were angry at the media blackout on the demonstration because the Baltimore Orioles were announcing the hiring of Lee Mazzilli as manager at the same time. Mazzilli is long gone but The Point is still there.
